You will also learn interesting and important facts about underwater animals and plants, the proper handling of your diving gear, underwater behavior, and much more.

Course content
Theoretical Training: Learn to identify and describe diving equipment, explain a dive, name some underwater animals and plants & recognize certain dangerous species, understand diving hazards, and learn & apply basic underwater hand signals.

Practical Training: ABC exercises & water/nasal reflex control, proper handling of equipment, assembling and disassembling the dive gear, putting on and taking off the equipment in the correct order, paying attention to and responding to the instructor's signals, proper descent and ascent, control and safety stop, pressure equalization, removing and reinserting the mouthpiece, clearing the mask, resuming breathing through the regulator, and performing all exercises calmly and without stress.
