Terms and Conditions
We would like to announce that from 01.09.2014 the following cancellation fees will be charged:
|Until 45 days before departure||no cancellation fee|
|44 – 20 days before departure||30% of the accommodation costs|
|19 – 7 days before departure||50% of the accommodation costs|
|6 days and less before departure||100% of the accommodation costs|
Due to multiple cancellations, but especially short-term cancellations and the resulting endless discussions with the owners of the hotels and apartments, we are unfortunately forced to do this (actually usual) step. We thank you for your understanding and your cooperation
By submitting the signed registration form for the relevant seminar, the participant has registered. The undersigned agrees to the following terms and conditions. He confirms this by e-mail, fax or letter on the registration form of Nautic Team Gozo.
With the E-Mail / Fax / Letter confirmation the seminar of Nautic Team is firmly booked.
2.0 Terms of payment
With the confirmation, one third of the seminar costs will be due no later than 14 days before the beginning of the course. The Bank details for payment are available on the registration form and at the bottom of the footer. All seminar prices are inclusive of VAT.
3.0 Additional services
Additional services during the seminar that were not listed in the seminar call are
not part of this contract. The seminar invitation is up-to-date (signature date of registration)
to find under www.nauticteam.com.
4.0 Minimum number of participants
autic Team is entitled to cancel the agreed seminar if the minimum number of participants of 3
Persons has not been reached. The cancellation must be submitted to the participant no later than the 7th day before the contractually agreed seminar start by e-mail, fax or letter. Already made payments will be referred back to the participant without delay.
5.0 Seminar conditions
The seminar leader is entitled to make decisions as to the start and end times of the seminar as required. If necessary, the seminar leader is entitled to appoint a substitute at short notice. All seminar parts will be carried out according to the announcement. The seminar leader is responsible for the presentation of the contents.
The seminar leader has the right to exclude from the seminar persons who disturb or hinder the seminar or do not meet the seminar requirements. There is no right to repayment of the seminar fee. Disadvantages of not appearing in time, the seminar participant has to answer for himself.
The seminar participants are required to provide personal insurance coverage for
Health damage or the loss of material. There is no liability on the part of Nautic Team. We particularly point out the transport and storage of equipment and valuables. The seminar leader is entitled to change the contents of the seminar if a lecturer fails or planned premises and planned presentation techniques are not available that are not under the management of Nautic Team.
6.0 Resignation of the participant from the seminar
The participant can withdraw from the seminar at any time. The resignation must be in writing.
Nautic Team is entitled to demand a flat-rate compensation.
The flat-rate cancellation costs for the agreed seminar:
from the 6th day before the start of the course: 100%, before: 50% of the total price
We recommend the conclusion of a seminar cancellation insurance
7.0 Severability clause
The invalidity of individual provisions does not result in the ineffectiveness of the entire contract.
8.0 GeneralVerbal agreements are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing by Nautic Team. All personal data provided by NAUTIC TEAM are in accordance with federal law
protected against misuse.
In legal disputes GOZO is agreed as place of jurisdiction.
