With the i.a.c. Cave Diving Program<\/strong> we accompany you step by step from your first encounter with the cave environment to challenging dives in overhead areas. Safety and sound training are our top priorities \u2013 our experienced instructors not only show you the right technique, but also give you the confidence you need to fully enjoy these adventures.<\/p>

Whether you are looking to get started with Cavern Diver<\/strong> or want to progress to Cave Diver<\/strong> we will prepare you professionally for both course levels. In addition to training, we also offer guided cave dives<\/strong> for already certified cave divers who want to experience the most beautiful spots in Gozo.<\/p>

Overhead environment\u2014only a little daylight or complete darkness. Many aspects differ from recreational diving: a direct ascent to the surface is not always possible, lines are used for navigation, and redundant safety systems are always carried. Course objective
<\/strong>For recreational divers seeking an introduction to the world of cave diving, the Cavern Course is the perfect entry point into the three-part cave diving program. The i.a.c. Cavern Diver Course is the first level of the i.a.c. cave diving training, which ultimately leads to the Full Cave certification.<\/p>

Course content
<\/strong>Theoretical Training: Safety standards, additional equipment for Zone 1, Archimedes' principle, dive planning and calculations, cave maps & behavior in low visibility, physiology and psychology of cavern diving, environmental considerations, and emergency management.<\/p>

Practical Training: At least 4 dives in open water or cavern zone with scuba equipment, gear adjustment, proper guideline deployment, diving without light along the line, out-of-air scenarios, and underwater distance swimming.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
